- Information about minor case parties that may reveal their identity

- Subpoenaed records
- Information that may endanger the safety of any case party or law enforcement officer

Riley County Criminal Records
The Riley County Police Department maintains a repository of criminal records for the county. Riley County Probate Court Records
Riley County does not have a dedicated probate court. Matters of probate are adjudicated in the Riley County District Court. Probate court cases are largely confidential, and most related records are non-confidential.
